易纲：稳健的货币政策要松紧适度
Chinawillcontinuetoadoptaprudentmonetarypolicythatwillbeeasedortightenedtotherightdegree,thecountry'scentralbankgovernorsaidSunday.
中国人民银行行长易纲说，我们将实行稳健的货币政策，货币政策在总量上要松紧适度。
"Althoughwenolongerusetheterm'neutral',theessenceofourprudentmonetarypolicyhasnotchanged,"YiGang,headofthePeople'sBankofChinatoldanewsconferenceonthesidelinesoftheannuallegislativesession.
易纲说：“和以前比较，这次我们没有提‘中性’，更简洁，但实际上稳健货币政策的内涵没有变。”
Thepolicywillstresscounter-cyclicaladjustmentandmeanthattheincreasesinM2moneysupplyandaggregatefinancingshouldbeinkeepingwithnominalGDPgrowth,Yisaid.
稳健的货币政策要体现逆周期的调节。今年的松紧适度，就是要把广义货币（M2）和社会融资规模的增速大体上和名义GDP的增速保持一致。

易纲：存款准备金率还有很大的空间

易纲说，我国的存款准备金率还有降低的空间。
Theoverallreserverequirementrationowstandsataround12percent,asimilarlevelassomedevelopedcountries,YiGang,governorofthePeople'sBankofChina(PBOC),toldapressconferenceonthesidelinesoftheannuallegislativesession.
我们银行的总准备金率也就是12%左右，实际上跟发达国家的总的准备金率差不多。
Sincethebeginningof2018,Chinahasloweredthereserverequirementratiobyatotalof3.5percentagepointsinfivecuts,hesaid.
去年以来，人民银行五次降低存款准备金率一共3.5个百分点。
